We have developed our Adoption Management System to support developers with any backlog schemes they still have on their books.
We are a specialist in the adoption/vesting of highways (section 38, 278 or 111) and sewers (Section 102, 104 or 185) in England. Within Scotland under Section 21 Roads (Scotland) Act and sewers are vested under Section 16 Sewerage (Scotland) Act and designed in accordance with Sewers for Scotland.
For this service we will liaise with the relevant authority, carry out a snagging survey and agree this with the relevant inspector, obtain quotes from local companies and oversee the works to ensure that all work is carried out to the standard required for the relevant inspector to sign the work off for either maintenance or final adoption.
